Privacy policy

At NÔRAÍ Klinikë Dental we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains how we handle the data you provide, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. For what purpose do we process your data?

  • To manage your appointment request and contact you (by phone, WhatsApp or email).
  • To provide you with dental care and manage your clinical record as a patient.
  • To answer your questions and queries.

3. Legal basis

  • Your consent, given when you send the form or contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • The application of pre-contractual measures and the relationship with the patient (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • For health data, the processing is based on healthcare provision by professionals bound by secrecy (art. 9.2.h GDPR and Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy).

4. How long do we keep your data?

We will keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. The clinical record is kept for at least five years from the last care, in accordance with Law 41/2002. Data from simple information requests will be kept for the time needed to handle them.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your data with third parties, except by legal obligation. To make the site work we use providers acting as data processors:

  • Vercel Inc. — website hosting.
  • Web3Forms — management of the contact form submission.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4) — aggregated measurement of website use, only if you accept cookies.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, international transfers are made with the appropriate safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

6. What are your rights?

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, by writing to us by post at the controller's address, indicating "Data protection". You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been addressed.

7. Accuracy of the data

The user guarantees that the data provided is true and undertakes to communicate any changes. If you provide third-party data, you declare that you have their consent to do so.
